Architectural Design One-Year Course (#14) – Daniella Ruiz
Sunday, September 10 | We went grocery shopping for the upcoming week. Lots of pasta!
Monday, September 11 | In my architectural studio class, I began putting my design into Revit!
Tuesday, September 12 | In my drawing class, I finished one of my first drawings in a while – all in pen!
Wednesday, September 13 | After class, we walked back to our apartment where I continued working on my project!
Thursday, September 14 | In class, I designed a focal wall-to ceiling piece that looks like a skate ramp where the apparel and shoes would be displayed in the store.
Thursday, September 14 | After class, I downloaded some clothing BIM that could make my renderings come to life! This was a test rendering in Revit to see how the clothing BIM objects would perform in the software.
Friday, September 15 | For this week’s art visit, we toured the outside of the Duomo: Cathedral, Belltower and Baptistery.
Friday, September 15 | After the art visit, I went out to eat with three lovely ladies I met from school. We went to Zaza’s where we had steak and carbonara.
Saturday, September 16 | For a day trip, we went to the beautiful Riomaggiore!
Saturday, September 16 | We sat on the beach to get some sun before summer comes to an end!
