Italian Home Cooking Summer Course (n3) – tomoko-b
今週は先生が変わってイタリアのマンマです。先生のご自宅のキッチンにお邪魔しました。先生のお人柄が現れているとっても可愛いキッチン！これぞ家庭料理ですね♪
Tボーンステーキが有名なレストランへ行きました。すごく柔らかくて美味しいお肉に感動しました。
日本ではあまりお目にかかれない野菜やチーズを使ったお料理がありますが、この赤いキャベツ？チコリの様な野菜もその一つ。苦味がありますが、チーズと一緒にオーブンで焼くと美味しいのです(^^)
小さく切ったパンをピッツァの様に焼いたフィンガーフード。美味しくって、いくらでも食べれます。
ヨーグルトを使った夏バージョンのティラミス。コーヒーとマスカルポーネを使ったレシピしか知らなかったので、とっても斬新です♪
日本語の通訳さんに勧められCinqueterre に行って来ました。日帰りバスツアーで行くにはもったいないくらい素晴らしい所です！
通訳さん一押しのバジリコのパスタとシーフードのフライとイカ墨のパスタも絶品でしたよ
今月2回目のカルチャーアクティビティは、San Gimignano へ行きました。
（カルチャーアクティビティ）イタリアには世界遺産に認定された場所が数多くありますね。
シェフコースを受講した後インターンをしている日本人男性がいるレストランが San Gimignano にあるとの事で行って来ました。ミシェラン付きのお味はどれも素晴らしく、とっても貴重な経験をさせて頂きました。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
