Shoe Making 24-Master Course 2016 (Student2)
マスターコースでお世話になっているRinaldiさんで、最後に自分の足型のインソールを作って頂けることになりました!!
At Rinaldi, where I study for my master course, I made an insole of my own foot model.
前回作った足型に特殊なスポンジを温めて貼りつけ、機械に入れて形を作ります。
I heat and stick a special sponge on my foot model that I made last time.
And then I put it into the machine.
時間が経つと固まり形ができます。これをグラインダーにかけて形を整えれば完成です。
When it hardens, I shape it by a grinder and it’s finally done.
足型から取りだし、ハサミで周りをカットしたら後は靴に入れるだけです。とてもフィットして履き心地が良くなりました。
I take it out and cut the border, and it’s ready to put in my shoes.
It fits and makes my shoes much more comfortable.
クラスメートのLaraさんのお誕生日でしたので、私は巻き寿司を作りました!!みんな美味しいと言ってくれてほっとしています。
It was Lara’s birthday. I made a maki sushi.
I was glad that everyone said it was delicious.
フィレンツェではChantiという種類のワインが主流です。ボトルのデザインは全く関係ないですが、味はとても美味しかったです。
“Chianti” is a famous wine that Florence proudly boasts.
It was very delicious.
毎週日曜は骨董市を巡るのが日課になりつつあります。靴づくりで必要な道具が掘り出し物であるかなと思っていますが、いつも他のものに目がいってしまいます。
It’s has almost become one of my routines to go and browse around antique markets on Sundays.
When I go I hope to find some shoemaking tools, but I always end up getting something else.
今回はアンティークなペン立て、シェーカー、鍵を買いました。
This time I bought an antique pen stand, a shaker and a key.
ノルウィージャン製法の靴作りはやっと終盤になりました!!次回には完成します。
We have finally reached the final stage, the Norwegian Process.
Next time, it will be completed.
ライブハウスでビートルズの曲をやっていました。たまには夜出かけるのも楽しいです。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
