HOUSING

We offer housing options for our international students in fully furnished shared apartments located within Florence, approximately 20-30 minutes away from the school by bus or bicycle. These apartments provide shared access to a kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and linens are included, while students are encouraged to bring their own towels. The landlord/landlady may ask for a security deposit before moving into the property. Please note that air-conditioning is NOT available in our shared apartments.
The final location of the apartment will be communicated to each student around a week before the course commencement date.

Accademia Riaci is pleased to facilitate the housing arrangement process but students have the flexibility to opt for our provided housing or make their independent accommodation arrangements.

Please be aware that once a student arrives in Italy, there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason if they choose to cancel, change, or vacate an assigned apartment.

Before applying for school housing, we kindly request that applicants carefully review the Housing Rules and Regulations outlined in the application form.

The “Florence Tourist Tax” (€ 38.50) and Wi-Fi costs (€ 5.00 per week) are NOT included in the fees above and must be paid in CASH at the time of check-in.
