Italian Chef training / Home Cooking Course (#2) – T
 A cute little sandwich shop right near the school. They serve sandwiches with seafood. My friend and I ate there before our practical training and then went out to the cooking school. I had the octopus sandwich. The octopus was soft and delicious.

I had the octopus sandwich. The octopus was soft and delicious.学校のすぐ近くのかわいい海鮮を使ったサンドイッチやさん。友人と実習前に食べてから、調理実習先へ出かけました。私はタコのサンドイッチ。タコが柔らかく美味しかったです。

Incidentally, there was a Japanese interpreter for the cooking class, so I was grateful that he could interpret Mr. Francesco’s Italian as well.

ちなみに調理実習には、日本語通訳の方がいらっしゃるので、フランチェスコ先生のイタリア語も通訳してくださるのでありがたいです。

 Agriturismo. We went to a wine producing area for training. We went there by train with the interpreter.

 The wine and food we had at the farm. The third wine, a sweet wine, was also highly appreciated.

 The mussels were fresh and the pasta with zucchini, mussels and flower zucchini was very tasty. It was a cooking class with lots of seafood.

 I was in charge of cookies. The dough took a long time to finish and the chef advised me to do it quickly because the dough had separated, so I tried again the next day.

 We had an Italian lesson in the morning, and in the afternoon, we moved to the cooking school by ourselves. In the afternoon, each of us moved to our own cooking training site, either by walking or taking a bus. Before the training, my friend and I drank fresh Brat orange juice at a café near the training site. It was fresh and very tasty! It was 4 euros per glass, which is very cheap.

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee. 
          The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
