Italian Home Cooking Short Course (#1) – Y.Mo.

“Thanks to you, I enjoyed my four weeks in Florence and have returned home.
It was a great experience. I really enjoyed it.
I would like to go back again. Thank you very much.”

Florence, the city of flowers.
After arriving at the Florence airport, I started my study abroad program in Italian cuisine.

We were welcomed by the red-roofed Duomo, the symbol of Florence, and finally started the Italian home cooking lesson!
The cooking lessons were full of unique Italian ingredients that are hard to find in Japan and can only be experienced locally in Italy.
We learned recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation in Italian families.

花の都、フィレンツェ。
フィレンツェ空港におりたち、イタリア料理留学が始まりました。

フィレンツェのシンボルである赤い屋根のドゥオーモに迎えられ、いよいよイタリア家庭料理レッスンスタート!
日本ではなかなか手に入らない、イタリア独特の食材を扱うなどイタリア現地でしか経験できないことばかり。
イタリアの家庭で代々受け継がれてきたレシピを学びました。
