Italian Home Cooking Summer Course (n4) – issei-m
最終週はまず火曜日にボローニャに行き、まさかの帰りの便が動かず、急遽一泊してフィレンツェに帰り、その日そのまま授業に行くと言うハプニングがありましたが、ボロネーゼを食べたり、48ヶ月熟成パルミジャーノを買ったりしました。

ルームメイトからお誘いを受け、ご飯を食べに行ったところ、日本人の方が二人いて、仲良くなることができました。やはり変わり者ばかりで、気が合う人に会うこともできました。最後の授業にて、先生から直接賞状をもらい、その瞬間「本当に終わってしまうんだなと実感しました。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
