Shoe Making 11-Atelier Course 2017

Emma設計了一雙尖頭且有莫卡辛手縫的女鞋，助教Bernardo正在與Emma解釋製作的細節。對於新手來說，是不容易的挑戰啊…Emma加油!

Emma designed a DONNA shoe with moccasin-stitch and pointed toe. Our assistant Bernardo was explaining details for this shoe. It is not easy for the beginner, but, you can do it!

再攀幫完後，這禮拜我開始Idea手縫了! Idea的作法是將鞋面向外翻之後縫起，縫製的技巧跟固特異第二道手縫十分的類似。因為還算熟悉，縫製的速度也快了許多

After finished lasting process, in this week, I started hand stitching! The method of Idea construction was similar to Goodyear construction second stitching, but, the upper needed to be fold over.

花了一天的時間，我兩隻腳都縫好了。這次縫得還算滿意。

I spent one day for hand stitching both side. I felt myself doing well and much quicker than before.

再縫完之後就能夠關起手縫溝，接著塑型大底的輪廓。

When stitching process was done, the groove can be closed. Then, it’s time to shape the outline of outsole.

這禮拜四是教授Angelo的生日，我們準備給他一個驚喜。

On Thursday was Porf. Angelo’s birthday, we plan to give him a surprise.

我們悄悄的在學校對面的酒吧集合，並且趁他不注意時，一群人帶著蛋糕與禮物溜進教室…

We secretly hid inside bar down stair and preparing for the birthday cake and gifts.

我們邊唱著歌，邊送上Yushih烘培的巧克力蛋糕。

We showed up suddenly, with birthday cake and birthday song for him.

像是舉辦一場小小的party，我們開心地度過愉快的上午。

It was like a little party, we spent a joyful time together.

看著教授拿著禮物，眼睛透出又驚又喜的樣子，心裡也覺得暖暖的…

I felt so glad when sawing Angelo holding his gift. He looked so happy and for some moment, he seems was moved in tears.
