Staff Blog≫ First visit to the ceramic laboratory (14 January)
We visited the laboratory where the student was just staring her Ceramics course.
The laboratory is spacious and full of light, located very close to “Sesto Fiorentino” train station. The laboratory has also an adjacent showroom where the professors’ works are exhibited and sold.

The handwritten patterns is splendid
They were kind enough to give us a tour in the laboratory, and explained about their equipment, materials and other things used for the lesson. The laboratory produces not only tableware and ornaments, but also various types of ceramic accessories, so even though the student had 10 years- experience, some works were intriguing.
All professors are very nice to us, and the student can’t wait to start learning in such a beautiful atelier! (we cannot wait for the course to start tomorrow!)
