This week’s practical training was both Tuscan dishes.
Tuscan cuisine is the cuisine of Tuscany, of which Florence is the capital, and is mainly made with meat, beans, and vegetables.
We made bistecca and genevese testaroli cicolino fagioli the first time
and three kinds of crostini and pappa spelt wheat soup cantucci the second time.
料理レッスン
今週の実習は2回ともトスカーナ料理。
トスカーナ料理とは、フィレンツェが州都であるトスカーナの料理でお肉料理や豆や野菜を使った料理が主です。
ビステッカとジェネベーゼ・テスタローリ・チコリーノ・ファジョリを1回目に作り
2回目はクロスティー二3種類とパッパ・スペルト小麦のスープ・カントゥッチを作りました。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
