Interior Design vol.13 – One Year 2018 (r.s)
Image #1: This Friday, we have explored the centro of Firenze and enjoyed the secrets of Firenze part 2. Here is the piazza di Santa Trinita, and this building is called Palazzo Bartolini Salimbeni. It slightly looks wired because the flames of windows are different into arched shapes and triangular shapes.
Image 2-3: As continuing about the piazza di Santa Trinita, Around here has so many style of buildings that probably each was built in a different century.
Image #4: This is the column of Justice which is located in the piazza di Santa Trinita. This was given to Cosimo I de’ Medici, the duke of Firenze from his host. His host planned year-long journey from Rome to Firenze as the gift.
Image 5-6: This is called the singing to the four lions because there were the symbols of lions at each corner. Now, just one lion symbol is existed. The lions are characterized in the holy spirited animal.
Image #7-8: This huge building is called Palazzo Pitti, which is now opened as the museum. This palace was built by the Pitti family, who was very powerful and famous family as much as the Medici family. They spent almost all money to build this palace. At the entrance faced, there was the Pitti family’s emblem before, but they took it and moved to the building, which in front of the palazzo, for reminding the family’s history.
Image #9-11: This place is right next to the Uffizi museum. The golden statue that attached on the wall (Image 9) was built in 1993 by a mafia. Also the olive tree was planted after the world War II for hoping the peace (Image 10). Both are related to the war and confrict.

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
