Italian Home Cooking Course (#1) – Tomoko Y

Home Cooking blog イタリア・フィレンツェで2ヶ月間の家庭料理コースを受講しました。

イタリアで日本では珍しい食材に出会い、国籍、年齢、性別を問わないクラスメイトたちと談笑しながら、先生から直に様々なことを学ぶことができました。

留学期間を充実させるべく、家庭料理コース以外にも
・手打ちパスタのレッスン
・名店の仕込み見学
・ピザ&フォカッチャレッスン
・キャンティのワイン蔵訪問
などのオプションも取りました。

「フィレンツェは、帰る場所の一つになりました。

The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
