Italian Home Cooking Summer Course (n10) – tomoko-b
Pic1イタリアの水は硬水です。2ヶ月以上も居ると髪の毛がバサバサになったり、肌は乾燥して毛穴が開いたり、お腹を壊したりと悩みます。日本から良いシャンプーとコンディショナー、そして肌用保湿剤を持ってきたのにもかかわらずです。で地元の方のアドバイスにより、とうとうニベアを購入しました。お陰で踵の乾燥はだいぶマシになりましたよ！
Pic2汗だくの毎日から逃避。海に行って来ました♪水の中はやっぱり気持ちが良い！
Pic3途中、ひまわり畑に出会いました。すごい数のひまわりが延々と続いて、思わず映画「ひまわり」を思い出しました。古いイタリアの映画。ソフィアローレンがとても力強い女性を演じているのですが、最後は号泣したのを覚えてます。

Pic5竹串に刺したメロンとプロシュート。そしてカプレーゼも竹串に刺してとてもお洒落な感じです。パーティにピッタリ！

Pic7.スーパーで売られているピッツァ用小麦粉の種類がたくさんあって、どれを買って良いのか迷います。
Pic8最近は口当たりのいいフルーツ系のジェラートを良く食べてます。
