Jewelry Design vol.22 – One Year 2018 (a.l.y)

Jewelry Design blog
During the weekends, the rough draft on the deer theme with two pairs of earrings is done.

Jewelry Design blog
With the draft, we can test the colours we have in mind on the necklace to see whether we are satisfied with the results.

Jewelry Design blog
This is the pair of earrings that became a set with the necklaces. Rendering of watercolours is a little bit challenging as I always can’t get colours that I want. This earring took me about a week to render.

Jewelry Design blog
The first official creative project done with watercolours. Rendering a necklace is super tiring compared to earrings.

Jewelry Design blog
The procedure:1.Set theme 2.Create your mode board 3. Start sketching 4. Create Designs. 5.Rendering and Presenting
The most time-consuming part for me right now is rendering.

Jewelry Design blog
The necklace designed for the earring showed previously. It took me almost around three weeks to compete, and I’m not fully satisfied with the results, definitely will be better next time.

Jewelry Design blog
Playing with rose gold colours, this time the colour used is too red. That’s the problem with human’s brain.,we just can’t remember colours, So it is best to have some reference beside you when rendering.Rendering with watercolours needs practices, and you will be better off each time.
