Following last year's event, I participated in the hope of improving my jewelry-making and incisioneering skills.
去年に引き続きジュエリーメーキングとインチジオーネの技術向上を願って、お世話になります。

<2023年>
ルネサンス文化が色濃く残る街フィレンツェでは、美術館をはじめ伝統彫金も有名です。
以前から興味のあった、ここフィレンツェでしか習う事のできない技法を学ぶジュエリー制作コースで2ヶ月間お世話になります。
全てを楽しみながら作っていきたいと思います。

Jewelry Making blog After school, I visited a quiet mansion along the Costa di San Giorgio with my fellow international students.

学校帰りに留学生仲間とコスタ・ディ・サン・ジョルジョ沿いに建つ閑静な邸宅を見てきました。
Jewelry Making blog It was lovely, with a nice geometric pattern on the exterior.
Galileo Galilei lived in this house.

外観に素敵な幾何学模様が施してあり、可愛かったです。
ガリレオ・ガリレイが住んでいた家です。
Jewelry Making blog On a weekday evening, we visited Dante’s house. It is famous for “The Divine Comedy.” Inside is an archive.

平日の夕方頃、ダンテの家を訪ねました。「神曲」が有名ですね。中は史料館になっています。
Jewelry Making blog Diagonally across the street, there was an interesting church with a padlock hanging down.

斜め向かいで南京錠が下がった面白い教会がありました。
Jewelry Making blog It took two weeks to finish the ring with the transparency. I will engrave my favorite design on this ring.

2週間かけて透かしたリングが仕上がりました。このリングに好きなデザインを彫っていきます。
Jewelry Making blog I am carving little by little using a Western carving tool that I was given for my hand.

自分の手に合わせもらった洋彫りタガネを使って、少しずつ彫り進めています。
Jewelry Making blog I looked around the small square market that had been held since Sunday morning. The silverware designs caught my eye, and they were helpful in creating jewelry.

日曜日の午前中から開催されていた小さな広場の市場を見て回りました。銀食器のデザインに目がとまり、ジュエリー作成の参考になりました。
Jewelry Making blog This is an antique brush handle. It is carved like an inchione.

こちらはアンティークなブラシの持ち手です。インチジオーネのように彫られています。
Jewelry Making blog This is a resort of asparagus and purple onions that I made while learning from the landlord. It had been a long time since I had eaten rice, so it was very delicious.

大家さんに教わりながら作ったアスパラと紫玉ねぎのリゾートです。お米は久しぶりでしたので、とても美味しかったです。
Jewelry Making blog This is a jar of carficho, which you don’t see very often in Japan. It is cooked soft and refreshing. It is easily available at supermarkets.

日本では余り目にしないカルフィーチョの瓶詰めです。柔らかく煮込んであってさっぱり頂けます。スーパーで手軽に購入できて便利です。
