🇬🇧 I usually only draw abstract paintings, so I wanted to study academic painting here in Florence, the home of art, so I participated in a 4-week Painting & Drawing Summer Course. I want to try my best with gypsum drawing.

🇯🇵 普段は抽象画ばかり描いているので、ここ本場フィレンツェでアカデミックな絵画を勉強したくて、一ヶ月のサマーコースに参加しました。石膏デッサンなどに一生懸命に挑戦したいです。

🇬🇧 Italy Week 2

🇯🇵 イタリア2週目

🇬🇧 This week we went to the Uffizi Gallery. Botticelli’s Primavera was a masterpiece and I was very moved.

🇯🇵 今週は、ウフィツィ美術館へ行きました。ボッティチェリのプリマヴェーラは圧巻で、私はとても感動しました。

🇬🇧 The next day, I went to the Palatine Gallery in the Pitti Palace, where the interpreter told me that it would be a good deal to buy it together with the Uffizi. The Raphael painting I was looking for was displayed in a gorgeous frame with a solemn feeling.

🇯🇵 次の日、通訳さんにウフィツィとセットで買うとお得と教えてもらった、ピッティ宮殿のパラティーナ美術館にも行きました。お目当てのラファエロの絵は、豪華な額縁で荘厳な感じに、展示されていました。

🇬🇧 In class, we painted plaster figures with pastels and trick pictures with acrylic paints. Both were difficult, but the teacher supported me, so I was able to enjoy them.

🇯🇵 授業では石膏像をパステルで描くことと、騙し絵をアクリル絵の具で描くことをしました。どちらも難しかったのですが、先生がサポートしてくださったので、楽しく取り組めました。

🇬🇧 For lunch, I often go to shops where I can use the vouchers I got from school. The people there are all very kind and welcoming, and the food is delicious, so it’s become my favorite.

🇯🇵 お昼は、学校から貰ったバウチャーが使えるお店をよく利用します。そこのお店の人は皆さんとても親切で居心地が良く、ご飯も美味しいのでお気に入りになりました。

🇬🇧 I often eat gelato for dessert. Sometimes I choose a shop by chance, and sometimes I choose a shop based on evaluation. Either way it’s delicious every time.

🇯🇵 デザートによくジェラートを食べます。行き当たりばったりでお店を選ぶこともあれば、評価でお店を選ぶこともあります。どちらの場合でも毎回美味しいです。
