私は日本で和菓子教室の講師をしています。自分の視野を広める為にイタリア留学を決めました。2ヶ月間のシェフ養成コースと1ヶ月間のジェラートコースに参加しています。 I am an instructor at a Japanese confectionery school in Japan. I decided to study in Italy to broaden my horizons and am participating in a two-month chef training course and a one-month gelato course.
