Textile Design Short Course (#21) – Tomomi W
I finished the floral pattern for the assignment given by Ms. Gioia.ジョイヤ先生から頂いた課題の花柄が完成しました。
Now I am practicing drawing a floral pattern without a rough sketch.今は下絵を描かずに花柄を描く練習をしています。
I will draw two pieces at the same time, and if I can do it well, I would like to present it to my apartment’s landlord sisters. But when I practice, I can do it easily, but when I think of giving it to someone, I can’t draw it well because I have to put a lot of effort into it. LOL2枚同時に描いていき、上手にできたらアパートの大家さん姉妹にプレゼントしたいなと思っています。でも、練習のときは気楽にできるのですが、誰かにあげようと思うと力が入ってしまいうまく描けません。笑）
On a different note, my roommate finished her lessons one step ahead of me and decided to leave the apartment. We went out for lunch together for the last time.話は変わりますが、ルームメイトがひと足先にレッスンを終えてアパートを出ることになりました。最後に二人でランチに行きました。
As we were talking and eating a piece of meat together, it was almost closing time and the owner, who had his arms crossed behind our seats, kept staring at us.肉の塊を二人で切って食べながら話していたら、閉店時間が間近になり、席の後ろで腕を組んだオーナーにずっと見つめられました。

The store’s signboard dog is friendly and relaxes on my leg.お店の看板犬はフレンドリーで私の足の上でくつろいでいます。
On my days off, I enjoy a moment to have a meal with friends I met while studying abroad.休日は留学で出会った友人と食事をするひと時を楽しんでいます。
I was treated by Nicolo, the son of the landlord.大家さんの息子のニコロにご馳走になりました。
With goodbyes come new encounters, and I have a new roommate in my apartment. I hope I can make happy memories from now until I return home.別れがあれば出会いもあり、アパートには新しいルームメイトが来てくれました。これから帰国まで楽しい思い出が作れると良いなと思います。

The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
